롬아카이브는 부드러우면서 강인한 자연물에서 영감을 받아 전부 수작업으로 도자를 빚어냅니다. 프로젝트별로 다루는 대상이 달라지며 그것은 꽃이 되거나 열매, 또는 자연물의 구성원인 인간이 되면서 도자의 모습으로 기록되어 우리 곁에서 머물 것입니다. 건드리면 끊어질 듯 연약한 모습으로 자연에 순응하며 수만 년을 이어온 생명력의 힘, 있는 그대로 살아가는 것을 가치 있게 여기고 이를 담아내려 합니다. 말라 있는 백색부터 여러 가지의 빛과 그로부터 발생되는 색으로 각기 다른 특유의 분위기를 냅니다.
Loam Archive's handmade ceramics are inspired by delicate yet natural and resilient forms. Each project has its own individual process, through which flowers, fruits, or human beings may emerge and continue live through its ceramic form. The fragility of nature and its acceptance of its own vulnerability is what gives it power, as it exists harmoniously with its surroundings. Loam Archive strives to capture this unique life force through different aesthetic effects generated by the combination of faded white and various hues.
