[How to Handle and Care]
· Each item is 100% handmade, so its shape may be irregular.
· There may be signs of glaze flow, clumping, differences in thickness, bumps, traces of escaping air bubbles, or black and brown spots caused by iron content in the glaze and clay.
· Even for the same product, slight variations in color tones may occur due to environmental factors such as kiln temperature and humidity during production.
· The hole in the cup handle is an essential feature to prevent bursting or deformation during firing, as it allows internal pressure to escape when the clay shrinks.
· For matte ceramics, we recommend using a soft sponge or wooden utensils.
· This is a durable and safe ceramic item, fired at 1250°C, and is non-toxic.
· While microwave and dishwasher use is possible, we do not recommend it due to potential damage. Oven use is not allowed.
· Products with gold or platinum decorations should not be used in the microwave, oven, or dishwasher.
· Due to the nature of ceramic materials, they may be sensitive to rapid temperature changes. Even items that are microwave- or dishwasher-safe can be at risk of damage from sudden temperature shifts, so please handle with care when transitioning from cold to hot environments.
